Getting Started

Log into your account to download or play your game.

Controls:

	Starts download.
	Pauses your download.
	Initiates the decryption of your download.
	Runs the installer of your game.
	Certain products require a screen name to play and get DRM licenses. Choose an existing screen name or create a new one to activate.
	Launches your game.
	Removes any temporary files used while downloading or installing your game.

Settings

Language	EADM supports 16 languages. Select your preferred language from the drop down and click "Save."
Auto Start	Click this option if you want EADM to automatically start with Windows.
Download directory	Choose the folder you want your downloads to be stored in.

Troubleshooting

I can't login with my screen name.

We now require login with an email address. Login with the email address you used when purchasing your game.



What should I do if I've forgotten my password?

You can have your password sent to you. Visit http://profile.ea.com/forgotpassword.do.



After I login, my purchase doesn’t show up in the EA Download Manager. What should I do?

Make sure you are logged in with the correct account. You need to log in with the account you used when purchasing or registering the product. Pre-ordered games will not show up until the game is ready for preload or released to the public. If you still cannot access your game, contact customer service. Http://support.ea.com



I preordered a game from EA's webstore. How do I get it?

You will receive an email notification when your game is available for download. Simply log in to the EADM and it will be listed in your library of downloads. Click Start to begin downloading.



Where can I find my game manual?

Move your mouse cursor over the thumbnail image of your game. You will now see a link to your game manual.



Can I uninstall the EA Download Manager after I complete my download?

No. EADM is necessary to acquire DRM licenses to play your game. EADM is used to verify you are a licensed users of your purchased game.
